Do you have a shop? – Who needs a shop! -The beauty of online shopping is that there is no queuing and no hassle having to get to us to park- you can sit in the comfort of your own home/office/coffee shop and place your order securely online and have our goods delivered to your door within a matter of days
Do you price match or offer any discounts? - Feel free to contact us if you are looking to purchase more than one piece- we are always willing to assist if we can.
Can you provide me with samples of items?- If you are a business and wish to stock The-Artful-Bag.com range please contact us. We are unable to provide samples but can work with you on trade prices for orders of 10 or more. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 40% on all wholesale and retail orders.
I need something pronto- how quick can you get it to me?- All items listed on the website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Rest assured if there are any delays in your order we will contact you to keep you informed – If you have a deadline- call or email us and we will do our best to assist.
Where are your bags being shipped from?- All bags unless otherwise stated are being shipped from our UK logistics. We use secure reputable carries for all our domestic and international shipping.
We aim to offer NEXT DAY SHIPPING on all UK orders if placed before 1.00 - if you need your purse urgently - pick up the phone- we don't bite
Customs fees and import duties and shipping – This bit is important for our international customers -as the recipient, you are liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are not responsible or have any control of these. Please note-all goods unless otherwise stated are being shipped from our UK logistics.
What is the cost of delivery?
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail (signed for services)
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on weight and size
Items will be packed securely for transit- if you have any additional informaiton you wish us to included please do let us know when making your purchase.
What time should I expect my parcel to be delivered?-Deliveries are made during office hours (9am – 5pm) Monday to Friday. Most couriers do not deliver on Saturdays. You can track your item with a tracking number that will be emailed to you shortly after your order is placed. Please allow around 10 working days for delivery of your item after your order has been placed.
What happens if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery? -The courier will leave you a delivery card for so that you can contact them and arrange another delivery time or arrange a collection at their facility.
Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?-A person in your household may sign for the parcel, but they will be asked for some proof of identity.
What procedure should I follow when my parcel is delivered?-You should check that the parcel is in good condition and that all the items in the box correspond to your invoice.
What happens if my parcel has been damaged or opened / mishandled? -We highly recommend that you do not sign for a damaged package.
If you do, you will need to contact the courier not later than 2 days (48 hours) after the delivery and open an investigation file. You will need to liaise with the courier company for compensation for this. If you have any difficulties doing this you should contact us. We are unable to accept any claims for any damages after the 48 hours.
Why hasn't my order been dispatched? -At The-Artful-Bag.com we attempt to deliver on time every time. Unfortunately at times delays with the courier can be completely out of our control which we cannot be held responsible for. If you are in any doubt or concern whatsoever - please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Do you ship to PO Box numbers or Military addresses?-Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this moment in time.
Are there any countries you are unable to ship to?-thankfully- no! Were quite fortunate to be linked with reputable courier companies that are able to ship items worldwide in a matter of days- All goods are shipped worldwide from our UK dispatch centre unless otherwise stated.
What is your return policy
Returns- in the unlikely event that you may not be satisfied with your beautiful purchase- you have a 7 day cooling off period to return your item. Please contact us to arrange a returns number. We are unable to pay for return shipping- it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us in a ‘as new’ condition along with all spare crystals, box, dust bag and any extras that may have been included.
If the bag has been used - the bag will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued!
Your item(s) must be returned to us within 7 working days of receiving a returns authorisation number. We are unable to accept returns after this period.
Your refund will be issued within 14 working days. You will receive full confirmation of this via e-mail.
